I wasn't too sure about buying a home let alone if I was truly ready. I ran in to Proverb while looking at the home postings Keller Williams had on display on Telegraph Avenue by 49th Street posted in their front window.  I am so glad I decided to have him as my realtor.  He had lots of knowledge and pointed me to the right people to help ensure that I was in a solid buyer ready stance. He was very straightforward, compassionate, and to the point, very thorough and detailed. He gave me a lot of valuable information on the area(s) I was looking to buy, pros and cons with properties, and helped equip me to make an educated buying decision for what I was seeking & for what I was going to be paying for, for the next 30 years!  He went to bat for me during contract negotiations, he went to bat for me during changes with the builder, and the lender.  He's simply the best at what he does (even in the middle of the pandemic he respected social boundaries yet still got things accomplished) and stuck with me every step of the way even after closing the deal.  Anyone buying a home whether it's your 1st or 5th should have him on their team!  I only wanted the best considering the amount of money I was investing (spending) and he is that!  I will definitely utilize him on my next purchase.

Proverb Jacobs is an outstanding realtor, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the bay area! I just recently purchased a new build home in Rio Vista thanks to Proverb, an area that I knew nothing about even being from the bay area, not only is it in a great area but was within my price range and budget! Working with Proverb was the most important decision we could have made during our home buying process! He had so much knowledge and was willing to drive the miles to be there at a moment’s notice. He was not passive either. We purchased a New Construction home, so we worked with builders. During discussions he would notice the smallest discrepancies and address them professionally and immediately. It happened so often that I can say with confidence that we would not have had such a smooth and issue free process had his knowledge and wisdom not been present to advocate for us. Our process was delayed a lot, but we didn't see it as an issue because Proverb warned us of the condition of the world and how it would affect our choices. If we could do it again, you better believe we will do it with Proverb! Even his recommended lender was so helpful even though we did not end up going with her, it was her suggestion for us to make our own choice on what works best for us.
